1. These Standard Promotion and Bonus Terms apply to all LV BET Promotions offered by us to you and form part of the General Terms and Conditions between you and us. 
2. These Terms and Conditions may be published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
3. If there’s any conflict or inconsistency between Standard Promotion and Bonus Terms and any Significant Terms, the Promotion-specific terms and conditions will to that extent take precedence.
4.  LV BET reserves the right to change the above mentioned terms and conditions, and/or to discontinue or withdraw any Promotion, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure, connectivity issues, changes in the law). LV BET will strive to give as advanced prior notice as possible to players in such events. If you find any addendum unacceptable, you should cease using the site, participating in the Promotion and/or close your account. Continuation of use after the date on which the changes to the terms come into effect will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
5. All promotions are limited time offers and the terms and conditions associated with any bonus rewards are subject to change.
6. By default, times mentioned in LV BET Promotions are set in Central European Winter time (CET). Players are kindly requested to convert to the time zone that applies to their respective country location.
7. LV BET reserves the right to make amendments to any Promotion at any time to correct obvious errors, misprints, typographical and visual errors or to improve offer understanding.
8. LV BET’s management reserves the right to remove or change any Promotion, deny or limit bonuses and offers to any clients in circumstances that include, but are not limited to problem gambling, Promotion and Bonus Abuse and any other technical exploitation of the system.
9. LV BET reserves the right to disqualify any player from any Promotion if evidence of abuse or fraud is found. Should you find LV BET’s decision unsatisfactory, you may follow the LV BET's complaint procedure or seek an alternate dispute arbitration, whose decision will be deemed final.
10. General Terms & Conditions apply.

1. We offer Promotions in good faith to players who use our services for entertainment purposes. The client upholds not to abuse the ability of opening accounts in order to benefit from bonus credits and other promotional offers that LV BET may offer. LV BET has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, fraud, taking unfair advantage of the service and/or other suspicious activity, and reserves the right to block and remove bonuses as well as any associated winnings from accounts deemed suspect of being involved in such activities or behaviours. (Links with access to promotions will be restricted or removed from such accounts) Note that in such circumstances, LV BET shall be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be on the standing balance, other than the originally deposited amounts.
2. ‘Promotion and Bonus Abuse’ is defined as but is not limited to, any one of the following types of activity:

   • The use of VPN, proxy or other services and techniques, for the purposes of deliberately obscuring, hiding or changing IP addresses in order to fraudulently take advantage of promotional offers;

     Whether known or unknown to us, taking advantage of any software or system bug, loophole, fault, error, or failure including, but not limited to, in respect to any game provided;

   • Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus or any other promotional offer more than once;
   • Working in a syndicate with other players to abuse promotions, deliberately cheat or other exploitative behaviour;
   • Placing a series of contradictory bets placed by a customer or group of customers within the same game/betting market with the final goal of achieving profits regardless the final outcomes of the bets placed, or any other type of abusive behaviour;
   • Moving from large bets that are placed on high variance outcomes, and after a large win switching to normal variance outcomes with smaller bets with the purpose of clear wagering requirements.
   • Placing bets in excess of the maximum stake allowed when having an active bonus.

1. Please note that any bonus can be claimed once per person, household, family, residential address, email address, payment method, IP address, device or shared computer environment (please note that if you are using a shared computer, such as in the workplace, public library or Internet cafe, only one use per computer and/or IP address will be eligible to receive the bonus, prize, cashback etc). Winnings will be paid out in such cases where LV BET decides that one or more bonuses were claimed as a result of genuine error or connectivity issue that seems incidental and is not being considered as fraudulent.
2. If you are currently self-excluded, or you become so from LV BET during a Promotion period, you will not be eligible to participate and receive any bonuses and/or prizes during the time you have self-excluded.
3. Employees, officers or directors of LV BET and their family members/relatives shall not be eligible for Promotions.
4. LV BET reserves the right to review transaction records for any reason that may be required, as per our license obligations. If, as the result of such a review, it is concluded that an individual customer or a group of customers are practising strategies which LV BET deem to be collusion, unlawful or improper activity, or fraudulent practice, LV BET reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such customers to enter the Promotion and will void any related prize, bonus or other reward. Therefore, please note that in certain cases some of our promotions may not always be visible or available to all clients. If for any reason mentioned above the client is unable to view the promotion content and/or claim the offer, this will subsequently mean that his/her participation in such promotion is restricted.

1. At LV BET Casino we currently offer three types of bonuses:
   1. Sticky and non-sticky Deposit Bonus
   2. No Deposit Bonus
   3. Free Spins
2. Currency conversions for casino bonuses are calculated as per the following example: 10 EUR, 10 GBP, 10 USD, 10 CAD, 10 NZD, 50 PLN, 50 BRL, 50 PEN, 10.000 CLP, 100 NOK, 800 RUB, 800 INR, 3000 HUF, 300000 VND, 200 ZAR, 300 CZK, 18,000 NGN.
3. Maximum winnings from any bonus are capped at €100 unless explicitly stated otherwise. If your total bonus-derived winnings exceed €100 after wagering is completed, any amount above €100 will be automatically forfeited. If automatic forfeiture is not possible, the Company may make a manual adjustment. Any additional winnings accumulated beyond the €100 cap may be forfeited at the Company’s discretion, as they are still considered to originate from the bonus.
4. Customers with an active bonus in their accounts, from one offer, will be unable to activate any other bonuses.
5. All types of bonuses are added to the Bonus Balance in the Account.

6. Types of Deposit Bonuses:

   Sticky Bonus – When a Customer claims a Deposit Bonus, the Customer’s Deposit Funds and the Bonus Funds awarded are combined to form Mixed Funds, which are credited to the Customer’s Bonus Balance. The Customer is required to wager the total amount of the Deposit and Bonus Funds [20] times before any winnings may be withdrawn. Until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied, both the Deposit Funds and Bonus Funds shall remain linked together as part of the Bonus Balance and shall not be available for withdrawal. Once the wagering requirement has been met in full, any remaining balance will be transferred to the Customer’s Real Balance, after which the funds may be withdrawn in accordance with the Operator’s general withdrawal terms.

   Non-Sticky Bonus – The Customer’s Deposit Funds shall remain in the Real Money Balance, while the Bonus Funds shall be credited to the Bonus Balance. Only the Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement of [20] times.

7. Players have an option to forfeit their bonuses at any times. To cancel a Bonus, players can go to “My Bonuses” and click on “Cancel”. However, please be aware that if you forfeit a Deposit Bonus (Mixed Funds), No Deposit Bonus or Bonus Money from Free Spins before completing required wagering, the Bonus Money with uncompleted wagering requirements and all additional accumulated winnings will be removed.
8. If a player would like to make a withdrawal request before meeting the wagering requirements, she/he needs to cancel a Bonus first.
9. Bonus Balance and Real Balance make up Total Balance. Bonus Balance is kept separately from Real Balance in the Account. Real Balance contains player’s Real Money which is not linked to any offer. Bonus Balance contains Bonus Money, Mix Funds and Bonus Money from Free Spins. Bonus Balance will not be paid out directly but instead only once it has been transformed into Real Money winnings.
10. If the Total Balance contains both Real Balance and Bonus Balance, funds in the Real Balance will not be used for wagers until Bonus Balance is consumed.
11. If the Bonus Balance contains both Deposit Money and Bonus Money, Bonus Money will not be used for wagers until Deposit Money is consumed.
12. If the Bonus Balance is below 0.20 EUR or currency equivalent (based on the internal currency conversion), the bonus will close automatically and the remaining Bonus Balance will be transferred to the Real Balance.

1. Deposit Bonus is a Bonus Money player can receive upon making a deposit.
2. To claim a Deposit Bonus, a player must activate the relevant offer in the available bonuses tab on the deposit page or use a valid coupon before making a deposit. The method of delivery will be specified in the Significant Terms of each relevant promotion. Deposit coupons are valid throughout the duration of an offer.
3. Once the deposit has been confirmed the player will receive the Bonus Money immediately.
4. To decline the Deposit Bonus, a player can deposit without activating any offer from the available bonuses tab. Should a player decide not to take an already selected offer, they need to go back to the available bonuses tab and select the 'Deposit without bonus' option.
5. All casino deposit bonuses, if not otherwise stated, are subject to a 20 (twenty) times wagering requirement. In order to redeem your deposit bonus, the player must wager the bonus and deposited amount, constituting the Mixed Funds.
6. Deposit Bonus, if not otherwise stated, must be wagered within 15 days, from the time credited. 
7. All winnings from Deposit Bonus will remain as Bonus Money until wagering requirements are met.
8. Any Bonus Money left on the account after 15 days will be forfeited.
9. Wagering and promotional play restrictions apply.

1. No Deposit Bonus is direct, Bonus Money, added to the Player’s Account, to play for.
2. To claim No Deposit Bonus a player must use a valid promo code in the Promocode section. Unless specified otherwise Promo codes are valid for 5 days from the time credited.
3. All casino No Deposit Bonuses, if not otherwise stated, are subject to a 20 (twenty) times wagering requirement. In order to redeem your deposit bonus, the player must wager the bonus amount.
4. No Deposit Bonus, if not otherwise stated, must be wagered within 15 days, from the time credited. 
5. All winnings from No Deposit Bonus will remain as Bonus Money until wagering requirements are met.
6. Any Bonus Money left on the account after 15 days will be forfeited.
7. Wagering and promotional play restrictions apply. 

1. Free Spins are rounds awarded in a slot game or group of slot games with or without a deposit being needed to be made. Unless specified otherwise any winnings resulting from Free Spins will be added directly to the player’s account as Bonus Money.
2. To claim Deposit Free Spins, a player must activate the relevant offer in the available bonuses tab on the deposit or use a valid coupon before making a deposit. Method of delivery will be specified in the Significant Terms of each relevant promotion. Deposit coupons are valid throughout the duration of an offer.
3. No Deposit Free Spins are automatically credited to eligible players (for example as tournament reward) or need to be claimed via a valid promo code in the Promocode section. Unless specified otherwise Promo codes are valid for 5 days from the time credited.
4. Once the deposit has been confirmed the player will receive Free Spins immediately.
5. To decline the Deposit Free Spins, a player can deposit without activating any offer from the available bonuses tab. Should a player decide not to take an already selected offer, they need to go back to the available bonuses tab and select the 'Deposit without bonus' option.
6. Deposit and no deposit (for example tournament rewards) Free Spins will expire after 5 days from the time credited.
7. Any winnings resulting from Free Spins will be added directly to the player’s account as Bonus Money.
8. Unless otherwise stated the wagering requirements for Bonus Money from Free Spins is x20 (twenty).
9. Bonus Money from Free Spins is valid for 5 days.

1. LV BET imposes certain restrictions in the way in which players can wager a Casino Bonus when participating in a Promotion.
2. Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. Unless otherwise specified by the promotional terms and conditions, the maximum bet allowed (including additional features such as bonus buy, gamble and/or mini-games) cannot be greater than €5 until the wagering requirements have been met. Bets of larger amounts until the bonus is fully wagered will not be accepted. 3. Should LV BET deem that irregular game play has occurred, LV BET reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
4.
