Key duties:

The main duties of the position are providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. The main job duties, which due to the dynamic nature of the business may evolve and change from time to time, shall include but are not limited to:

  • Contacting and reengaging business from existing customers
  • Acting as an ambassador for the company
  • Being up-to-date with promotions, competitions and special offers that are being promoted to our customers
  • Developing strong customer relationships
  • Provide feedback on our services (website/ mobile app)
  • Liaising with other departments across the business to make sure the company is offering the best service for customer retention
  • Interacting effectively with customers via multiple channels of communication.

Key competencies:

  • Fluency (both spoken and written) in both English and Polish. Additional languages would be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in Sales or Customer Care experience
  • A passion for and vast knowledge of Sportsbook
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven interpersonal skills, positive attitude and ‘can do’ spirit
  • Computer literacy
