LV BET customer care representatives shall reply to you within 3 days. The complaints placed via social media is not to be considered as official complaint.

If you feel that the complaint has not been resolved or you are not happy with how the case was concluded, you have the option to escalate the matter externally to one of our approved ADR providers: eCOGRA or ThePOGG.

12. Crediting may be delayed for up to 48 hours, in the unlikely event of downtime due to technical issues.
