The remaining 20 places are filled by the top 10 performers from each of the two semi-finals.
After all entries have been performed, every participating country awards two separate sets of points: 1–8, 10, and 12. One set comes from a professional jury, while the other is decided by the public through phone, SMS, or the official Eurovision app. To keep things fair, voters are not allowed to support their own country’s entry.
