LV BET is committed to providing the best quality of support for our players.
We continue to improve our service by listening and responding to our users and responding positively to complaints. However, we do admit that reaching a fair outcome - as perceived by the user - in all cases, is not always possible.
Therefore, if a user feels that their case might need further escalation, they should contact our customer support agents by email at SUPPORT@LVBET.COM. LV BET customer care representatives will acknowledge the receipt of the complaint and strive to communicate the outcome to the user within a maximum of 10 days. In cases where the complaint involves complex aspects and is in accordance with applicable regulations, an extension of up to 10 additional days may be required.
The complaints placed via social media are not to be considered as an official complaint. The complaints received in form of a multi media message (MMS) that are sent to an official customer support email address will not be considered as official complaints.
To enable LV BET to deal with the user's complaint in the shortest possible time frame, the complaint must contain clear information about the identity of the user (name, surname, registered email and residential address) as well as all relevant details about the case (the name of the game, the time and date of the incident and a detailed explanation).
Please note that while LV BET is the operator offering the games to the user, LV BET has not supplied or developed the games. Therefore, LV BET does not have ownership of, nor responsibility for, such games. Any queries or complaints relating to the functioning of the games will be forwarded to and addressed by, the relevant licensing authority in relation to that specific game.
We strive to ensure that all players are informed of our final decision and receive guidance on filing an official dispute to a registered Alternative Dispute Resolution Body, also known as an 'ADR'. An 'ADR' is an independent third party which mediates disputes and assesses all information provided by both parties to issue an impartial decision on the matter. The CasinoReviews.com is an approved ADR for LV BET complaints.
