In case of contrary notes between the rules and regulations for example between Special Rules for a specific sport and Specific Rules on the Event or Market, the following order of priority will be applied (in order of their importance):

  1. Specific Rules for Event/Market (available next to the Event or Market on the website)
  2. Special Rules for Sport
  3. General Betting Rules
  4. Terms and Conditions
  1. SPECIAL RULES FOR EACH SPORT

Each sport contains special rules that apply only to that sport in question. If some of the regulations are undescribed under Special Rules then General Rules apply. The special rules will take precedence over the General rules in case of contrary descriptions.

  2. ALPINE SKIING

Head 2 Head (H2H): In H2H the winner will be the skier who is placed higher in the race after final result. In Slalom and Giant Slalom both legs of the race must be completed for bets to be valid. In Head 2 Head bets (H2H) at least one skier must finish both runs for a bet to be valid.

In Downhill and Super G both skiers must start the race (leave the starting gate) and at least one skier must complete the race for H2H beat to be valid, otherwise the bet is void.

Outright (Winner): If for any reason a selection or participant does not start in a Winter Sports event, then all bets on this selection will be settled as lost. No refunds for non-starters apply.

Outrights - Postponed/Rearranged Events: All bets will remain valid if the event is postponed and is resumed or re-run at the same venue within the next 30 hours. The bets will be deemed void if an event is moved to a different location.

All bets will be settled according the official classification at the time of the podium presentation. The official ruling federations such as FIS, IBU, or any other official federation of the event, have the precedence in such cases.

  3. AMERICAN FOOTBALL

In American Football, all bets (Match Winner, Handicap, Totals) will be settled based on the final result including overtime, unless it is clearly stated otherwise. Halftime/Fulltime, Quarter and Half Winner, Highest Scoring Quarter and Highest Scoring Half – these bets don’t include Overtime in regards to settlement.

If a game, for any reason, does not take place as scheduled and is postponed for more than 30 hours or is interrupted and is not finished within next 15 hours, then all bets will be refunded, except the ones already unconditionally determined at the time of interruption (abandonment).

If a moneyline, total or handicap bet ends in a draw and remains undecided (including overtime) and no odds have been provided for a draw option, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

Player Special bets: For all player special bets the respective player involved in the bet must start the match for bets to be valid.

  4. ARCHERY

Outright (winner): The winner is determined in accordance with the official results list (at the time of medal presentation) provided by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) or other official governing body of the event. Any further disqualifications will not affect the settlement.

Head 2 Head (H2H): In H2H bets, the participant with the better final position wins. If both participants get knocked out (eliminated) on the same level of the event, for instance both athletes failed in the semi-final to qualify to the final, bets are considered void and the odds are set to 1.00, of course if there is no further classification to determine the placement. If one of the participants, for any reason, doesn’t start in the event all H2H or special bets involving that participant in question will be voided, however outright bets will remain valid and will be settled as lost.

If a listed player doesn’t start his single or double match all the related bets with that individual match in question will be voided. However, the resignation or replacement of the specified player doesn’t affect the bets on the Team’s performance (against another Team or as a winner in Outright bet). If at least in one of the matches 9 innings (8.5 if home team is leading) have not been played, then the bets are invalid and stakes refunded. Only games played during that time count. Own goals (according to official results) do not count, if the last goal was an own goal, and odds on Own goal have not been offered in the Last to Score Market, then the bets will be settled as lost. If there is only 1 goal scored in the game then Player who scored first goal will be also considered a player who scored last goal in the game.

Correct score of the match: If the exact score according to the results of the match is not one of the options offered for betting, all bets are settled as lost, only the bets on the “Any other” position will be considered as won.

Yellow Cards: All yellow cards shown to any player count, excluding players sitting on the substitute bench. Any cards shown to a non-playing staff or cards shown after the final whistle of the game do not count. If a particular player has received 2 yellow cards and as a consequence of that a red card, 1 yellow card (not 2) and 1 Red card will count to determine the bets.

Cards (Total Points)/Cards (Points Handicap): yellow card: 1 point, red card: 2 points, 2 yellow cards for a particular player: 3 points.

Who will get the first Yellow card: If according to the match report the first yellow cards are shown to two or more players from different teams within the same time, the bets on this outcome will be voided if the option “Both at the same time” has not been offered.

VARs (Total) - For "VAR" we consider it when the main referee personally approaches the VAR station to review the replay and shows the rectangle sign. The information received through the earpiece is not included in the bet, even if the TV broadcast indicates "VAR analysis in progress".

Corners: Only corners physically taken by the teams are counted (regardless of how many corners were awarded by the referee). Corners awarded but not taken for any reason (end of the game or end of first Half for example) are not taken into account. If a team was forced to repeat the corner (because of errors or other reason such as interruption in the game), only one corner kick is taken into account.

Time of the Corner: the actual time of taking the corner kick will count, but not the time it was actually awarded by the referee.

Method of the goal scored: Regardless of which part of the body a goal has been scored with, if it happens directly from the penalty kick, the outcome “With a penalty kick” is the only winning option.

If a goal is scored as a header, the outcome of a “Header” is the only winning option, all other bets are considered lost.

If a goal is scored as an own goal, the outcome of an “Own goal” is the only winning option, all other bets are considered lost.

Free kick is the winning option only when the player taking a free kick scores directly the goal and is named as the goalscorer.

Times of the Goals and substitutions: Goal times and substitution times are recorded as the full minute they are scored or conducted in according to the official source of the game. Any goal scored or substitution conducted in stoppage time will be recorded respectively as the 45th minute (added time to the first Half) or as the 90th minute (added time in the 2nd Half). Any substitution conducted in halftime will be set to 45th minute.

Added time of the match: Bets on the amount of added time are determined based on the time shown by the official referee, and not based on actually played added time.

Rest of the match bet is offered only for live events. It refers to the result of the rest of the match, calculated from the moment of bet placement.

Dismissal in the game: Only the removals of players who are currently on the field are taken into account. Dismissals of players on the bench, coaches and support staff of teams, are not taken into account. Dismissals after the final whistle are also not considered.

Tournament Bets: All tournament bets (teams’ or players’ achievements for example) include any extra time played but not penalty shootouts. If both teams finish the tournament at the same stage in the group, the team which occupied a higher place in its own group is considered higher. If both teams have finished in the same places in their own groups, the bets on the better team will be voided.

Player Season bets: All season player bets placed on a player who is transferred or loaned to another club during the season transfer window will remain valid only if a player stays in the same league. In other cases, if a player is transferred or loaned to another league, all bets will be voided.

Fantasy Matches: In a Fantasy match, two teams compete with each other only virtually. The result of the game is determined based on their respective game during that specified round. The nominated matches must be played on the scheduled dates for bets to stand. If one or both matches are not played on the scheduled date, all bets will be void. Example: Barcelona plays against Atletico and Real Madrid plays against Sevilla in the 1st round of Spanish league. The fantasy match is set to be Barcelona vs Real Madrid. If their games ended respectively 2-0 for Barcelona and 1-0 for Real Madrid, the fantasy match between Barcelona and Real would end with result of 2-1 for Barcelona.

Asian handicap and Asian Total Goals: Asian Handicaps eliminate the possibility of a draw in soccer games. Depending on the line chosen from Asian Handicaps offer, the underdog will start the game with added amount of goals, or the favourite will be handicapped by the same amount of goals (handicap line). The selected number of handicap will be added to the real number of goals after the final result and will eventually make up the right bet.

There are five different possible results of the bets: Win, Lose, Tie, Half win and Half lose. Half win and Half lose refers to Asian handicap or Over/Under where the line includes a quarters (0.25,0.75, 1.25, 1.75 etc.) if a bet is placed on home team to cover 1.25 Handicap, half of the stake is placed on home team cover handicap line of 1 goal, and other half of the stake is placed on home team to cover 1.5 goals. If the game ended with exactly 1 goal of advantage for the home team (for example 1-0 or 2-1), then the bet placed on home team to cover the 1 goal handicap is settled as tie (voided) and the bet placed on the home team to cover 1.5 Goals handicap is settled as lost. The whole bet on the home team to cover 1.25 handicap (minus 1.25) is settled as half lose. If the game ends with the home team winning by 2 goals, then the bets are settled as won, end if the game ends with draw or away team won then the bet is lost.

If a bet is being placed on over 2.75, half of the stake is placed on over 2.5 and other half of the stake is placed on over 3 goals in the game. If the game ends with exactly three goals (for instance 2-1 or 0-3), then the bet placed on over 2.5 Goals will be settled as won while the bet placed on over 3 goals will be settled as tie (void). This is called half win. If the game ends with more than three goals then the whole bet on over 2.75 Goals will be settled as won or if it ends with less than three goals the bet is settled as lost.

  28. FORMULA 1

The classification both of the individual drivers and the respective teams are determined by the official final report, published immediately after the race or event. The subsequent post-race disqualifications of drivers and amendments in the final reports are not taken into account.

The winner for all bets on the qualification is determined by official qualifying time, which is published by the FIA or any other relevant governing federation of the event.

If a driver withdraws before the qualifying sessions, all bets related with that driver will be considered invalid and stake will be refunded. If the driver has started in the qualifying session, then he is considered as a driver participating in the event and bets will remain valid.

Constructor championship: In case of disqualification/withdrawal of any teams, all bets on the respective team remain valid. However, if the withdrawal or disqualification took place before the start of the season, all bets on this team will be voided and stakes refunded.

Team Head 2 Head (H2H): Bets will be settled based on the team with the best classified car in the official FIA result after the race is completed. If none of the teams have cars classified, then the team with the car that completed more laps is the winner of H2H. If none of the teams have its cars classified, and the best cars in both teams have completed the same number of laps, all bets will be voided and stake refunded. If at least one of the drivers of the selected team participated in the race, all bets for that position remain valid. Otherwise, the bets are considered invalid and stakes will be refunded.

Driver Head 2 Head (H2H): The winner is considered the driver who finished at a higher place in the final report of the race. If both drivers failed to complete the race, then the driver who has completed more laps is considered the winner. If both drivers did not classify and have the same number of completed laps then all bets will be voided. If only one of the drivers failed to complete the race, then the driver who did classify (completed the race) is considered the winner of H2H. If a driver completed more laps, but was disqualified during the race, the winner of the H2H is any other driver, who was not disqualified during the race (even if he completed at least one lap in the race). If both drivers were disqualified during the race, then the bets will be voided.

Safety Car - bets on Safety Car appearing during the race concern only “the real” safety car, “virtual” safety car doesn’t count toward the bets’ settlement.

  29. FUTSAL

All bets are settled according to the result of the regular time only (40 minutes of play time: 2 halves of 20 minutes each), if not stated otherwise. The extra time and penalties are included only for bets on moneyline, the team entering the next round, tournament winner, etc. If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 30 hours then all bets will be voided. If the match has started and it has been interrupted for more than 15 hours, all bets on the match will be voided, excluding the ones that have been determined by the time the match was interrupted (Example: first to score, first Half winner, etc.).

  30. GAELIC FOOTBALL

All bets are calculated based on the total score of the match, where a goal is equal to 3 points and individual point is equal to 1 point. Example: if team A has 1-18 (one goal and 18 individual points) and team B has 3-10 as a result of the match, team A wins with result of 21-19.

If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 30 hours then all bets will be voided.

If the match has started and it has been interrupted for more than 30 hours, all bets on the match will be voided, excluding the ones that have been determined by the time the match was interrupted (Example: Half winner, etc.).

In tournaments interrupted or affected by the unfavorable weather, bets will be settled based on the official result of the event, regardless of the number of holes played (for example in PGA tournament minimum of 54 holes played might be required). If there is no further play after the bet has been placed or further play is not taken into consideration for the official result, then the bet will be voided.

Head 2 Head (H2H): The winner of the H2H bet is the player who achieved higher place at the end of the tournament. For “Round’s H2H” both players must play at least one stroke (shot) in the respective Round for bets to be stand. The extra time and penalties are included only for bets on moneyline, the team entering the next round, tournament winner, etc.

If a match is cancelled or postponed for more than 30 hours then all bets will be voided.

Markets including Overtime: In the game where the winner is determined by penalty shootouts, for settlement purposes, one goal will be added to the winning team’s score and also one goal will be added to the total goals scored in the game. Example: the game between New York Rangers and San Jose Sharks ended with score 3-3 after the Overtime and eventually Rangers won the penalty shootout contest. In this case Rangers’ total goals scored in the game will count as 4 and total goals in the game will count as 7. This rule applies only for markets which include Overtime and potential Penalty shootouts and as such, proper information is clearly stated next to the betting market or defined in the Special rules for that specific market.

Own goals (according to official results) do not count, if the first goal was an own goal, and odds on Own goal have not been offered in the First to Score Market, then the bets will be settled as lost. If the first goal is scored by a player who was not listed among the offered options of that respective market, all bets are considered lost in this position. Overtime is not taken into account.

Highest scoring Period: All 3 periods must be completed for bets to stand. Overtime is not included. If a game is abandoned then all bets will be voided unless the 3rd Period is already the selection with highest goals scored.

Any further amendments to the ringside result, any alterations or subsequent disqualification will not affect the bets settlement. If for any reason the match doesn’t take place according to the original date and a new date is arranged not later than 28 days after the original scheduled date, all placed bets remain valid for betting purposes. If more than 28 days will pass until the new rescheduled date, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

If the match is moved to another arena, all bets on the match are still valid, except if a fight takes place in a country different from the original country, in this case all bets will be voided.

If a fighter does not come out at the beginning of the next round after the bell (fighter retires or is disqualified for any reasons), the match is considered to have finished at the end of the previous round.

The result named “a prescheduled win” means a knockout (KO), technical knockout (TKO), disqualification (DQ) or a refusal (submission). The result named “a win on points” means a victory won by decision of judges after the completion of all the rounds of the fight (Unanimous Decision, Split Decision, Majority Decision).

If the scheduled (arranged by contract) number of rounds has changed, then all bets on the result of the fight are still valid, but all bets on Totals (number of rounds) will be voided and stakes returned.

Bets on Totals (Over/Under rounds) refer only to the completed rounds. If the round lasts 5 minutes, the halfway point of each round is at exactly 2 minute and 30 seconds of a 5-minute round. Bet on Over 4.5 rounds for instance will be settled as won only if the fight will reach 2 minutes and 31 seconds of the 5th round.

If none of the teams has its drivers classified, and the best driver in both teams have completed the same number of laps, all bets will be voided and the stake refunded. If at least one of the drivers of the selected team participated in the race, all bets for that position remain valid. Otherwise, the bets are considered invalid and stakes will be refunded.

Driver Head 2 Head (H2H): The winner is considered the driver who finished at a higher place in the final report of the race. If at least one of the two drivers does not show up at the start, all bets will be voided. If both drivers failed to complete the race, then the driver who has completed more laps is considered the winner. If both drivers did not classify and have the same number of completed laps then all bets will be voided. If only one of the riders failed to complete the race, then the driver who did classify (completed the race) is considered the winner of H2H. If a driver completed more laps, but was disqualified during the race, the winner of the H2H is any other driver, who was not disqualified during the race (even if he completed at least one lap in the race.) If both drivers were disqualified during the race, then the bets will be voided.

  40. NORDIC COMBINED

If a listed player doesn’t start his single or double match (replaced by another player) all the related bets with that individual match in question will be voided. The exception is a Champions tie-break played to determine the winner instead of the final set (determining the winner in some ITF tournaments and tennis doubles games except the ones played in Grand Slam or Davis Cup and Fed Cup events), which is counted as one set/one game for betting purposes.

Handicaps: If a tennis game has not been completed for any reason, all handicap bets will be voided, except already determined (referring to the completed sets).

    Bets Explained

We offer a wide range of betting options; this section aims to help you understand these bets. Some of the main categories are explained below.

    Two outcome Bets

    Winner of Next Point

This bet is a straightforward two option bet that either player 1 or player 2 will win the next point. If the selected player wins then the bet will be a win and pay out, if the other player wins the bet will be a loss.

    Number of Points

With this bet you choose whether the selected game will end up with under or over a specific number of points, the number is generally a half number to avoid ambiguity. So betting under 7.5 will win and pay out if the game has 7 points or less, 8 points or more will result in the bet being a loss, the exact total of 7.5 not being possible to achieve.

    Game/Set/Match Winner

This bet is a straightforward two option bet that either player 1 or player 2 will win the current Game/Set/Match. If the selected player wins that Game/Set/Match then the bet will win and pay out, if the other player wins then the bet will be a loss.

    Game Going to Deuce

This bet is a straightforward two option bet that the current game will go to Deuce. At the end of a game that goes to a Deuce then all bets on that game being a Deuce will win and pay out, if either player wins without a Deuce being achieved then the bet is a loss.

    Multiple outcome Bets

    Exact Score

This betting option allows you to select the specific score you predict the game / set / match will finish on. If the result is the selected score the bet is a win and will pay out, otherwise the bet is a loss.

    When Bets Settle

There are 3 categories of bets these are Game Bets, Set Bets and Match Bets. Each respective category will only settle at the end of the given interval. So Game Bets only settle at the end of each games, Set Bets only settle at the end of each set and Match Bets only settle when the match is concluded.

Please note that even though some of the outcomes of bets may be known in advance of settling, Game bets will only settle at the end of a Game. This is most commonly noticed with Deuce bets and betting over Total Points, where even though you know your bet will win as soon as the deuce is reached we only settle at the end of the Game. Similarly Bets regarding the Total number of Games in a Set only settle at the end of that Set not necessarily at the point where it is known if the bet is a win or a loss.

    Virtual Racing:

Betting on virtual races are presented in a similar way to real races. However rather than being based on a real event, the outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) with weighting applied proportional to the listed odds.

    Minimum Bet and Maximum Win

Betting in virtual racing has some limits: we have various minimum and maximum bet limits that may be encountered. These are dynamic and will vary depending on the type of bet, but will kick in to prevent you placing bets for which we would not return at the correct payout. We do this to ensure you will always receive the amount listed as a payout if your bet wins. If a limit would prevent this payout, you will be asked to amend your bet amount before it will accept the submission.

    Odds

You can set your odds individually (Fractional / Decimal).. These all have their own nuances and it is a personal preference for what you are used to. None of these options affect your returns in any way - it is just different systems for calculating or comparing the return. The default system is Decimal, where the stake is multiplied by the decimal to calculate the return.

    Basic Navigation

Each race has its own broadcast stream and betting options. The tabs running across the top have the countdown to the next race and will allow you to switch between races of each type.

Below the stream are the following options:

Select which race you want to bet on: the next six are visible by default and you can scroll across to view the next 20 races.

Clicking on the name of the racer will expand their details and give you more information about them and their history. By clicking on their name again, you will hide this extra information.

Placing a bet: after selecting a race book, you can select a bet by clicking on the odds. This will add the selection to the betting slip

The bets for any race close 10 seconds before the start of a race. If the bet slip has not been submitted by this time, the bets will get greyed out of the betting slip and cannot be submitted.

Immediately below the stream, on the right hand side, there are options for viewing the latest results so that you can see who won in any of the past races. Besides, you can see your last bets and the outcomes, including any wins and returns - so that you can always look back and find out if you won your bet/s.

    Bets Explained

We offer a wide range of betting options; this section aims to help you understand these bets. Some of the main categories are explained below.

    Singles

    Single – Win Bet

This is where you submit a bet on a single racer to win. If the selected racer does not finish in 1st place, no win is returned

    Single – Place Bet

This bet can be slightly different depending on the number of racers in a race and is where you submit a bet on a single racer to finish in a prize winning place. If the selected racer does not finish in any of these places, then no win is returned.

    Number of racersPrize winning places
    8-151st 2nd 3rd
    5-71st 2nd
    41st 2nd

Single – E/W (Each Way) bet

This is a combination of the two above bets, win bet and place bet, and will cost double your stake. The E/W bet will pay out the Win and the Place return if the racer finishes in 1st place, or will pay out the place return if it places in paying position dependant on the race type.

    Forecast (Straight Forecast)

A Forecast bet is where you predict which racer will finish in 1st and 2nd place. If you get both racers correctly predicted, you win. If just one of the racer is wrong, you get no return.

    Reverse Forecast (Dual Forecast)

You can place this type of bet by using the “Any” button in the Forecast screen. This is an extension to the Forecast bet, where you select two racers that need to come in 1st and 2nd place, but in any order. This bet will cost double your stake and will return nothing if either racer does not finish in the top two.

    Tricast

A Tricast bet is where you predict which racers will finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. If you get all 3 racers correctly predicted, you win. If just one of the racers is wrong, you get no return.

    Reverse Tricast (Combination Tricast)

You can place this type of bet by using the “Any” button in the Tricast screen. This is an extension to the Tricast bet, where you select three horses that need to come in 1st 2 nd and 3rd place, but in any order. This bet will cost six times your stake and will return nothing if any of the three selected horses does not finish in the top three.

    Multiples bets

In order to place this type of bet you need to select multiple racers from different races onto your bet slip. If you select more than one entrant for the same race, these options will be disabled.

You should be able to select win, place or e/w bets for the multiples but not combinations within the same multiple. If when you selected the entrants from the race screen you use a selection of types, they will be converted to whichever bet type is selected for the multiple.

The number in brackets beside the multiple abbreviation - i.e. DOU (10) - means that to place this bet with the currently selected racers this bet will cost 10 times the stake.

    Accumulator

An Accumulator bet is 1 bet involving 2 or more selections in different races. All selections must be successful for the bet to win, with returns being reinvested in subsequent races.

    Instant Racing:

Betting on virtual races are presented in a similar way to real races however rather than being based on a real event, the outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) with weighting applied proportional to the listed odds.

    Random Number Generator (RNG)

The RNG has been independently tested by an accredited testing supplier.

    Frequency

Races are run “On Demand” which means that once a bet is being placed the race will start specifically for you. Each race is a new race and will run only for you.

    Determining Return to Player (RTP)

For all the markets presented in this game, the customer can see all the possible outcomes and the

prices offered. This allows the player to calculate the RTP of the market if they wish.

    Win Bet

To determine the RTP of a Single Win Bet, divide 100 by each of the potential odds. Add these figures together and divide 100 by the sum and multiply by 100 to obtain a percentage. This gives the overall RTP shown bottom right of the following table.

For example if the race has four outcomes with the below decimal odds, here is an example of how

    the RTP can be calculated:

    Racer 11.25100/1.2580.00
    Racer 28.5100/8.5011.76
    Racer 311100/119.09
    Racer 423100/234.35
    Total105.20
    (100/105.2) x 100=%95,05

    Place Bet

To determine the RTP of a Single Place Bet, divide 100 by each of the potential odds. Add these figures together and divide by the number of prize winning places, take this and divide 100 by the result and multiply by 100 to obtain a percentage. This gives the overall RTP shown bottom right of the following table.

For example if the race has 8 runners(thus 3 place winning positions) with the below decimal odds, here is an example of how the RTP can be calculated:

    Racer 11.74100/1.7457.47
    Racer 21.99100/1.9950.25
    Racer 32.05100/2.0548.78
    Racer 42.1100/2.147.62
    Racer 52.2100/2.245.45
    Racer 62.45100/2.4540.82
    Racer 73.12100/3.1232.05
    Racer 86.6100/6.615.15
    Total337.6
    337.6/3=112.53
    (100/112.53) x 100=%88,86

    Minimum Bet and Maximum Win

Betting in virtual racing has some limits, we have various minimum and maximum bet limits that may be encountered. These are dynamic and will vary depending on type of bet but will kick in to prevent you placing bets for which we would not return at the correct payout. We do this to ensure you will always receive the amount listed as a payout if your bet wins, if a limit would prevent this payout you will be asked to amend your bet amount before it will accept the submission.

    Broadcasts

Races are broadcast as live video streams through an integrated media player, you can switch between any of the sports using the menu across the top of the screen.

    Odds

You can set individually your odds format (Fractional / Decimal). All these have their own nuances and it is a personal preference for what you are used too. None of these options affect your returns in any way it is just different systems for calculating or comparing the return. The default is Decimal, where the stake is multiplied by the decimal to calculate the return.

    Basic Navigation

    Each race has its own broadcast stream and betting options. In the header you have an option to navigate between the different races. Once selecting a race there are the following options;

The racers details are being presented one after the other, clicking on the name of racer will expand out their details and give you more information about them, and their history.

Placing a bet, after you have selected a race, you can select a bet by clicking on the odds, this will add them to the betting slip. The amount of the bet can be defined either by a default amount presented below the racers odds, or/and in the bet slip before placing the bets.

The bets for any race close once you select to place the bets and start the race.

On the top right side of the header, there is an option to view your latest bets, race outcome for those bets and the bets results including any wins and returns, as well as you will be able to see a replay of the race that had run, so you can always look back and find out if you won.

Once a race has started your bets will be presented in a header above the race. There is an option to skip the race, not watch it to and get immediately to the race results. Using this option won’t affect the race outcome or your winnings in any way.

Malfunction leading to a race not running for any reason will Void bets for that race and return any stakes.

  63. BETBUILDER

    1. GENERAL BETTING RULES

BetBuilder bets placed on Football apply to 90 minutes plus injury time, unless it is explicitly stated that the bet applies to Extra-time and/or Penalties. For all bets containing such wording, the remaining selections in the bet will be settled on the match (90 minutes plus injury time) result, unless stated otherwise. Match officials determine whether the full 90 minutes and injury time is to be played or has been played.

If a player in the bet does not take any part in the match, then the whole bet will be made void, regardless of the rest of the selections within the bet.

For any obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel any bets placed at that wrong price. We also reserve the right to cancel any bets on events where the venue is changed after the publication of odds.

All markets will be settled on the result of the match on the day that it is played and completed. Any results that are changed retrospectively, for example: dubious goals panel reviews, results reversed for ineligible players, will not alter the settlement of the market.

If an event is abandoned, any bets where the outcome has already been decided e.g. half-time result or first team to score will stand. All other bets will be made void regardless of the score-line at the time of abandonment. Abandoned matches will be deemed to be matches which do not reach their natural conclusion by midnight local time. Matches where a referee removes the players from the field of play for a temporary period, but the remaining minutes of play take place by midnight local time on that same day, will not be deemed as abandoned.

Any event where the kick-off date/time has been altered well in advance (e.g. to accommodate live TV or to ease fixture congestion) will not be classed as postponed.

For matches played at a neutral venue, all bets will still count regardless of the order the teams are listed and whether we have indicated it is as being played at a neutral venue.

    2. BET PERIOD RULES

All below periods are periods that can be taken with markets. For example, a bet containing: 90mins period with Who will win?, you are betting on the result over the entirety of the match (90 mins plus injury time).

90 mins – This refers to the entirety of the match. All bets involving 90 min selections apply to 90 minutes plus injury time. Any event occurring before the official start of the match, during the half time break (any time after the whistle for half time and before the start of the second half) or after the final whistle do not count.

1st 10 mins – This refers to the first 10 minutes of the match (00:00 and 09:59). For example, a corner awarded in this period but not taken until after 10:00 will not count. Any event that occurs 10:00 or later within the match will not count. Any event occurring before the official start of the match does not count.

1st half – This refers to the first half of the match only, including any injury time minutes played within it. Any event occurring before the official start of the match or during the half time break (any time after the whistle for half time) will not count.

2nd half – This refers to the second half of the match only, including any injury time minutes played within it. Any event occurring before the second half (first half or during the half time break) or after the final whistle will not count.

Each half – This refers to an event happening in both halves of the match. If the chosen event happens in neither half nor within only one of the halves this will be deemed a losing selection. Any event occurring before the official start of the match or during the half time break (any time after the whistle for half time and before the start of the second half) or after the final whistle will not count.

      • For any player ‘each half’ period bets, if the player is to participate in any part of the first half then this selection will stand. If they are not to participate in the first half, then this selection will be voided.

Either half – This refers to an event happening in one, or both halves of the match. If the chosen event doesn’t happen within the match this will be deemed a losing selection. Any event occurring before the official start of the match, during the half time break (any time after the whistle for half time and before the start of the second half) or after the final whistle will not count.

      • For any player related bets in relation with ‘either half’, if the player participates at any point in the match then this selection will stand. For example, for a player to score either half, if they score in the first half but do not play in the second half, this will be a winning selection. If they are not to participate in the match at all then this selection will be voided.

    3. BET TYPE SETTLEMENT RULES

3.1 Who will win? – You are betting on the result, e.g. Team A, Draw or Team B.

3.2 Who will score? – You are betting on whether a nominated player will score a goal.

      • In abandoned matches, any player who has already scored at the time of abandonment will be settled as a winner (in relation to this market).

      • If the named player does not take part in the match, bets on that player will be made void. If the player takes any part in the match, bets will stand.

      • Own goals do not count.

3.3 Who will get carded? – You are betting on whether the nominated player will receive a Yellow or Red Card. Only cards shown to players currently on the pitch within the match will count. Cards shown to managers, players on the bench or after the match do not count. If the player does not play, bets taken on the player will be made void.

3.4 How many corners? – You are betting on whether the total number of corners will be above or below the numbers quoted. Only corners that are taken will count. If a corner is re-taken, it will only count as one corner. Extra-time does not count towards the total.

3.5 How many booking points? – You are betting on whether the total number of booking points is above or below the stated total. Extra-time does not count towards the total nor do booking points received before kick-off and/or after the final whistle. Only cards shown to players currently on the pitch will count. Cards shown to managers or substitutes do not count towards the total.

      • Yellow Card = 10 & Red Card = 25. If a player receives 2 yellow cards and is consequently shown a red card, the player receives a total of 35 booking points.

3.6 How many cards? – You are betting on whether total number of cards is above, below or exactly the stated total. Extra-time does not count towards the total nor do booking points received before kick-off and/or after the final whistle. Only cards shown to players currently on the pitch will count. Cards shown to managers or substitutes do not count towards the total.

      • Yellow Card = 1 & Red Card = 2. If a player receives 2 yellow cards and is consequently shown a red card, the player receives a total of 3 cards. No player can receive more than 3 cards for settlement purposes. For example, a player receiving a yellow card then a straight red card receives 3 cards for settlement purposes. A player receiving two yellows and consequently a red card receives 3 cards for settlement purposes, also. A straight red on its own counts as 2 cards for settlement purposes.

3.7 Will both teams score? – You are betting on whether both teams will score at least one goal each.

3.8 What will the score be? – You are betting on what the score will be.

      • Whether the total number of goals will be above or below (over/under) the stated total. Exactly - How many goals exactly will be scored in the match, e.g. no goals, exactly 1 goal etc.

3.10 What else will happen? – You are betting on whether a nominated match event will occur including:

      a) Penalty awarded - Whether a penalty will be taken (and subsequently missed/scored). Penalties awarded but rescinded and subsequently not taken will not be deemed a winning selection.

      b) Penalty missed - Whether a penalty will be missed. This is any penalty taken that does not result in a goal from that kick. If a penalty is ordered to be retaken, the original penalty will not count towards any official settlement. Only a completed penalty outcome is applicable. If a penalty rebounds from either the woodwork or the goalkeeper and is touched again before a goal is awarded, this will be deemed as a miss.

      c) Penalty scored - Whether a penalty will be scored. This is any penalty taken that results in a goal directly from this kick. If a penalty rebounds from either the woodwork or the goalkeeper and is touched again before a goal is awarded, this will be deemed as a miss. Penalties awarded but rescinded and subsequently not taken will not be deemed a winning selection.

      d) 2+ penalties taken - Whether two, or more, penalties will be taken (and subsequently missed/scored). Penalties awarded but rescinded and subsequently not taken will not be deemed as a penalty awarded.

      e) 2+ penalties scored - Whether two, or more, penalties will be scored.

      f) Free-kick goal - Whether a free kick will be scored. Any bets involving free-kick goals must be scored directly from a free-kick. Penalties do not count. The player taking the free-kick must be the scorer of the goal.

      g) Header goal - Whether a header will be scored over the course of the match. A headed goal is a goal that is classed as coming off the player’s head or shoulder, whether it is intentional or not. Own goals are excluded.

Neither extra-time nor cards shown after the final whistle count towards the total.

      • Yellow Card = 10 & Red Card = 25. If a player receives 2 yellow cards and is therefore subsequently shown a red card, they receive a total of 35 booking points.

3.14 How many team corners? – You are betting on whether the total number of corners taken by your nominated team/teams will be above or below the numbers quoted.

      • Only corners that are taken will count. If a corner is re-taken, it will only count as one corner.

A player to be sent off is settled on any active player that receives a red card, whether that is a straight red card or automatically resulting from 2 yellow cards.

      j) Team clean sheet - Whether your nominated team will keep a clean sheet. For example, 0-0, 1-0 to your team, 2-0 to your team etc. would be winning selections.

      k) First team to score – Which team will score the first goal. Rescinded and/or disallowed goals do not count, only official goals count. If no goal is scored in the match, this market will be resulted as a loser.

      l) Last team to score - Which team will score the last goal. Rescinded and/or disallowed goals do not count, only official goals count. If no goal is scored in the match, this market will be resulted as a loser.

      m) First corner – Which team will be awarded and subsequently take the first corner. If no corners are awarded in the specified period, this would be a losing selection.

      n) Last corner – Which team will be awarded and subsequently take the last corner of the match. If no corners are awarded in the specified period, this would be a losing selection.

      o) Most corners – Which team will take the most corners in the match. If the match corner count is level at full-time, the selection will be a losing one. Your nominated team needs to get more than the opponents for this to be a winning selection.

      p) First card - Which team will be awarded the first card, yellow or red, in the match. If no cards are awarded in the specified period, this would be a losing selection.

      q) Last card - Which team will be awarded the last card, yellow or red, in the match. If no cards are awarded in the specified period, this would be a losing selection.

      r) Most booking points – Which team will receive the most booking points in the match. If no booking points are awarded (no cards shown) in the match, this will be resulted as a loser. Your nominated team must receive more booking points than the opponent for this to be a winning selection.

      • Yellow Card = 10 & Red Card = 25. If a player receives 2 yellow cards and is therefore subsequently shown a red card, they receive a total of 35 booking points.

      s) Most cards - Which team will receive the most cards in the match. If no cards are shown in the match, this will be resulted as a loser. Your nominated team must receive more cards than the opponent for this to be a winning selection.

      • Yellow Card = 1 card & Red Card = 2 cards. If a player receives 2 yellow cards and is therefore subsequently shown a red card, they receive a total of 3 cards. The maximum cards one player can receive is 3. A straight red card would equate to 2 cards.

3.16 Which player will score first/last? – You are betting on which player will score the first/last goal within the match.

      • Bets will be settled according to which player scores the first/last goal for their own team during the match.

      • Own goals do not count. For example, if you backed a player to score the first goal in the match and the first goal was an own goal, then the bet will be settled on the next goal that is scored. In this same scenario the scorer of the first goal, which is not an own goal, will be settled as the first goal scorer.

      • In relation to ‘Which player will score first’, if your player has not participated in the match at the point the first goal is scored, bets will be made void.

      • If your player has participated in the match before or during the time the of the last goal is scored, related bets will stand.

      • If no goal is scored in the match, any selections on a player to score first or last will be resulted as losing selections.

3.19 Who will get carded or sent off? – You are betting on (for the carded element) whether a nominated player will receive a yellow or red card.

      • You are betting on (for the sent off element) whether a nominated player will receive a red card. Only cards awarded once the player is active in the match will count. Any cards shown after the final whistle or during the half time period do not count. A player to be sent off is settled on any active player that receives a red card, whether that is a straight red card or 2 yellow cards and is therefore subsequently shown a red card.

      • Cards shown before kick-off, during the half time interval or after full time will not count. Cards shown to players or officials who do not constitute active on-field players do not count.

      a) First player carded – Which player will be awarded the first card, yellow or red, in the match. If no cards are awarded in the specified period, these selections will be losing selections.

      b) First team player carded – Which player will be awarded the first card, yellow or red, for their team only in the match. If no cards are awarded in the specified period, these selections will be losing selections.

3.20 What is the double chance? – You are betting on the match (or specified period) ending in one of the two displayed outcomes. For example, Team A/Draw would require the match (or specified period) to end with Team A winning, or a draw in order to be a winning selection.

3.22 How many team cards? – You are betting on the number of cards for the nominated team during the match. Only cards shown to players on the pitch during active periods of the match will count, cards shown to managers or substitutes do not count.

      • Only one yellow card will count for a second bookable offence. Two yellows that consequently lead to a red card will count as three cards total. The same applies for a yellow card followed by a straight red card. The maximum card count one player can be issued with is three.

      • Cards shown before kick-off, during the half time interval or after full time will not count. Cards shown to players or officials who do not constitute active on-field players do not count.

3.23 How will a team win? – You are betting on different markets relating to how a team will win, including:

      a) Winning margin - By what margin the nominated team will win by.

      c) Win from behind - Whether the nominated team wins the match (or specified period) from behind.

      d) Win in extra-time - Whether your nominated team wins the tie in extra-time. To be a winning selection your team must win the extra-time period (2 x 15 minutes plus injury time unless otherwise stated). If the match does not go to extra-time this will be a losing selection. If a fixture is postponed, normal postponed match rules apply. If a fixture is abandoned, normal abandoned match rules apply.

      e) Win on penalties - Whether your nominated team wins the tie on penalties. Bets are settled only on fixtures that go to penalties. If the match does not go to penalties this will be a losing selection. If a fixture is postponed, normal postponed match rules apply. If a fixture is abandoned, normal abandoned match rules apply.

      f) Qualify - Whether your nominated team qualifies to the next round of the next round of fixtures in the specified tournament/cup/league. If a fixture is postponed normal postponed match rules apply. If a fixture is abandoned normal abandoned match rules apply. In the event of a forfeit or bye for either team, please refer to the postponed rules.

[i] Match refers to 90 minutes plus injury time, unless it is explicitly stated that the bet applies to Extra-time and/or Penalties. Match officials determine whether the full 90 minutes and injury time has been played.

[i] Active refers to periods of play within the match. Before the official start of the match, after the whistle for half-time until the official start of the second half, and after the final whistle will not count as active periods. Active in reference to a player refers to a player on the pitch during active periods of play within the match.

    4. BETBUILDER WAGERING RULES - BASKETBALL

The following document details the rules under which all singles and same game multi (SGM) BetBuilder basketball bets will be settled.

A BetBuilder SGM bet is the aggregate bet comprised of all constituent selections. Any reference to a ‘bet’ within this document refers to the entire contents of a BetBuilder betslip. Any reference to a ‘selection’ refers to one selection within the related bet.

      1. SELECTION AND BET RESULTS

All basketball SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner. A selection that does not win, unless explicitly specified within this document, will be settled as a loser. If one or more selections in any bet are resulted as void for any reason (such as a selected player not participating in the match – see section 4), the entire bet will be resulted as void.

For instance, selections on a team to win a match where it is a draw after overtime (or normal time if no overtime is to be played), even where the draw or tie may not have been offered through BetBuilder, will be settled as losers. This will not be relevant to NBA or NBL matches as they play repeated overtime periods until a team wins, but may be applicable to other basketball leagues or competitions as per their individual competition rules. Similarly, ‘Race to X’ selections where neither team reaches the selected score will be settled as losers, regardless of whether a ‘neither team to reach X’ selection was available as an alternate selection or not.

      2. OVERTIME

All basketball matches will be settled on the official declared result including any overtime.

      3. SECOND HALF / FOURTH QUARTER MARKETS

All second half and fourth quarter market selections do include overtime periods if they occur. For example, a total second half points selection would include the points scored in both the second half and any overtime periods played.

      4. PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS

All player selections will be considered active if a player enters the court as an active player at any point of the relevant match, regardless of whether the selection in question references a specific period of the match. If a player never enters the court during a match, selections specific to that player will be void. For instance, a selection on a certain player to score 10.5+ points in the second half would be active (and therefore settled as a loser) if that player played the first two minutes of a match, was injured, and did not return to the game, regardless of having never been on the court during the second half. However, if that player was injured shortly before the game commenced, was withdrawn from the starting lineup (or bench) and never took to the court, the selection and therefore bet would be void.

      5. POSTPONED AND INCOMPLETE MATCHES

Where a match is postponed or incomplete, and subsequently resumed or played within 24 hours (inclusive) of the original scheduled start time, all bets will stand. All bets placed on games played which commence more than 24 hours past the originally scheduled start time will be void. Once the 24 hours have expired, all bets are void and stakes will be refunded.

      6. ABANDONED MATCHES

If a game is abandoned prior to commencement, it falls within the 24-hour rule for postponed matches as described above. If it is abandoned after commencing but before its natural end point, the following rules apply:

SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who has not yet entered the court as an active player. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.

If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total points selection and a certain player to score 10.5+ points, in a game where the required points have been reached and the player did score more than 10 points before the game was subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner. In this case, the abandonment had no impact on either selection. The same would not apply to an under total points selection where a game is abandoned while the total score is still under the chosen number, as the abandonment would impact that outcome.

If a single selection of an SGM has lost and a match is then abandoned, the SGM will be treated as a loser, where regardless of the fact of abandonment, the selection(s) in question had been irrevocably concluded. For example, an SGM including a first player to score selection, in a game where a different player scored first and the match was subsequently then abandoned, will be treated as a loser. In this case, the bet had already lost, and this outcome could not be affected in any way by whether the game was subsequently abandoned or not.

If there are no losing selections within an SGM and at least one void selection at the time of a match abandonment, the SGM will be treated as void. This rule applies where one or more selections are still undecided at abandonment and may have won or lost if the game had been completed as scheduled. For example, an SGM including an over total points selection, in a game abandoned while the total points are still below the required amount, will be treated as void. In this case, the total points selection was still undecided and may have won or lost but for the abandonment, so the bet will be voided.

      7. VENUE CHANGES

If the venue of a match is changed from the one advertised, all bets on that match will be voided.

    5. BETBUILDER WAGERING RULES - NFL

The following document details the rules under which all singles and same game multi (SGM) BetBuilder NFL bets will be settled.

All NFL SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner. A selection that does not win, unless explicitly specified within this document, will be settled as a loser.

For instance, selections on a team to win a match where it is a tie after overtime, even where the draw or tie may not have been offered through BetBuilder, will be settled as losers. Similarly, ‘Race to X’ selections where neither team reaches the selected score will be settled as losers, regardless of whether a ‘neither team to reach X’ selection was available as an alternate selection or not. If a quarter, half or match finishes scoreless, then touchdown or point-scoring selections for that period (e.g. Player to Score a 1st Half Touchdown) will be settled as losers.

      2. OVERTIME

All NFL matches will be settled on the official declared result including any overtime.

      3. SECOND HALF / FOURTH QUARTER MARKETS

All second half and fourth quarter market selections do include overtime if it occurs. For example, a total second half points selection would include the points scored in both the second half and overtime.

      4. PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS

All player selections will be considered active if a player participates in at least one play at any point of the relevant match, regardless of whether the selection in question references a specific period of the match. If a player does not participate in a single play during a match, selections specific to that player will be void. For instance, a selection on a certain player to score a touchdown in the second half would be active (and therefore settled as a loser) if that player participated in the first play of the match, was injured, and did not return to the game, regardless of having never been on the field during the second half. However, if that player was injured shortly before the game commenced and did not participate in any plays whatsoever, the selection and therefore bet would be void.

      5. POSTPONED AND INCOMPLETE MATCHES

Where a match is postponed or incomplete, and subsequently resumed or played within 48 hours (inclusive) of the original scheduled start time, all bets will stand. All bets placed on games played which commence more than 48 hours past the originally scheduled start time will be void. Once the 48 hours have expired, all bets are void and stakes will be refunded.

      6. ABANDONED MATCHES

If a game is abandoned prior to commencement, it falls within the 48-hour rule for postponed matches as described above. If it is abandoned after commencing but before its natural end point, the following rules apply:

        - SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who has not yet been on the field for at least one play. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.

        - If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total points selection and a certain player to score a touchdown, in a game where the required points have been reached and the player did score a touchdown before the game was subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner. In this case, the abandonment had no impact on either selection. The same would not apply to an under total points selection where a game is abandoned while the total score is still under the chosen number, as the abandonment would impact that outcome.

        - If a single selection of an SGM has lost and a match is then abandoned, the SGM will be treated as a loser, where regardless of the fact of abandonment, the selection(s) in question had been irrevocably concluded. For example, an SGM including a first team to score selection, in a game where the other team scored first and the match was subsequently then abandoned, will be treated as a loser. In this case, the bet had already lost, and this outcome could not be affected in any way by whether the game was subsequently abandoned or not.

        - If there are no losing selections within an SGM and at least one void selection at the time of a match abandonment, the SGM will be treated as void. This rule applies where one or more selections are still undecided at abandonment, and may have won or lost if the game had been completed as scheduled. For example, an SGM including an over total points selection, in a game abandoned while the total points are still below the required amount, will be treated as void. In this case, the total points selection was still undecided and may have  on or lost but for the abandonment, so the bet will be voided.

      7. VENUE CHANGES

If the venue of a match is changed from the one advertised, all bets on that match will be voided.

    6. BETBUILDER WAGERING RULES – ICE HOCKEY

The following document details the rules under which all singles and same game multi (SGM).

BetBuilder ice hockey bets will be settled.

All ice hockey SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner.

This will not be relevant to NHL matches as they advance to shootouts after a tied overtime period (regular season) or play open-ended sudden death overtime (playoffs), but may be applicable to other ice hockey leagues or competitions as per their individual competition rules. Similarly, ‘Race to X’ selections where neither team reaches the selected score will be settled as losers, regardless of whether a ‘neither team to reach X’ selection was available as an alternate selection or not. If a period finishes scoreless, then goalscoring selections such as First or Last Goalscorer for that period will be settled as losers.

      2. OVERTIME / SHOOTOUTS

All ice hockey matches will be settled on the official declared result including any overtime and shootouts. Goals scored in shootouts are disregarded for settlement purposes. The goal assigned to the score of a winning team after a shootout (e.g. the only goal in a game that finishes 0-0 after overtime and therefore 1-0 after the shootout) counts for the purposes of total game score and total team goal selections, but is not assigned to a player and does not count towards the settlement of any player scoring markets.

      3. THIRD PERIOD MARKETS

All third period market selections do include overtime and the resultant goal from shootouts if they occur. For example, a total third period goals selection would include the goals scored in both the third period and the winning goal from either overtime or resulting from the shootout.

      4. PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS

All player selections will be considered active if a player takes to the rink as an active player at any point of the relevant match, regardless of whether the selection in question references a specific period of the match. If a player never enters the rink during a match, selections specific to that player will be void. For instance, a selection on a certain player to score in the third period would be active (and therefore settled as a loser) if that player played the first two minutes of a match, was injured, and did not return to the game, regardless of having never been on the ice during the third period. However, if that player was injured shortly before the game commenced, was withdrawn from the starting lineup (or bench) and never took the ice, the selection and therefore bet would be void.

        - SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who has not yet entered the rink as an active player. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.

        - If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total goals selection and a certain player to score, in a game where the required goals have been reached and the player did score before the game was subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner. In this case, the abandonment had no impact on either selection. The same would not apply to an under total goals selection where a game is abandoned while the total score is still under the chosen number, as the abandonment would impact that outcome.

This rule applies where one or more selections are still undecided at abandonment and may have won or lost if the game had been completed as scheduled. For example, an SGM including an over total goals selection, in a game abandoned while the total goals are still below the required amount, will be treated as void. In this case, the total goals selection was still undecided and may have won or lost but for the abandonment, so the bet will be voided.

      7. VENUE CHANGES

If the venue of a match is changed from the one advertised, all bets on that match will be voided.

    7. BETBUILDER WAGERING RULES - TENNIS

The following document details the rules under which all singles and same game multi (SGM) BetBuilder Tennis bets will be settled.

    1. SELECTION AND BET RESULTS

All Tennis SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner. A selection that does not win, unless explicitly specified within this document, will be settled as a loser.

For instance, ‘How many player aces in match?’ selections where player does not reach the selected Aces number will be settled as losers.

If one or more selections in any bet are resulted as void due to the player(s) in question not participating in a game (as per section 4), the entire bet will be resulted as void. Selections voided for other reasons (typically game abandonment or postponement) will be resulted according to the rules outlined in section 6 of this document.

If penalty point(s) are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand.

    2. TIE BREAK

Is undertaken when set score is 6 games all (6-6) in the final set. Final set tiebreak come into effect at all grand slam tournaments for men and women. (E.g. when 2 sets all for men – best of 5 sets).

First to ten (10) points (Unless advantage of 2 points has not been achieved – set will continue until player has reached at least 10 points and with advantage of 2 points). Every tie break counts as 1 game. Tiebreak markets to be settled to result each point*, game, set and match markets.

*Tie break points will not be counted for total game points markets.

*Final Set Tiebreak to 10 (Super/Match Tiebreak)

Is undertaken when players have won a set each (1-1) and final set is decided by super tie break. Regular gameplay of 6 games all (6-6) to decide a tiebreak is not enforced in this instance, where a tiebreak is played as the first game of the final set. Same Tiebreak rules to 10 points apply to a Match Tiebreak scenario. Once match tiebreak has been decided the score in final set will be 7-6, however this only counts as one game for all “games” markets. Match tiebreak will not count toward any total match, set or player tiebreak markets.

*Mostly applies to Exhibition or regular Doubles tournaments.

Is undertaken when set score is 6 games all (6-6) in the final set. Final set tiebreak come into effect at all grand slam tournaments for men and women. (E.g. When 1 set all for women – best of 3 sets).

First to ten (10) points (Unless advantage of 2 points has not been achieved – set will continue until player has reached at least 10 points and with advantage of 2 points). Every tie break counts as 1 game. Tiebreak markets to be settled to result each point*, game, set and match markets.

    3. SET MARKETS

All set market selections include the tie break if scenario occurs. For example, Set 1 total aces selection would include total aces scored in the 1 st set including the tiebreak

    4. PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS

All player selections will be considered active after first point of the match is played. If player was to retire hurt/walkover before the match, selections specific to that player and match will be void (See Section 5). However, if scenarios had already occurred before Player retired, then those bets would be resulted as usual. For instance, a selection on player A to win 1st Set, where Player A wins 1st Set, but then goes on to retire hurt in the 2nd set and did not return to the game, this bet would be a winner. However, if bet was for Player A to win 2nd Set, this bet would be resulted as void. (See Section 6 for more examples)

    5. POSTPONED, DELAYED AND INCOMPLETE MATCHES

If there is a change to the schedule or the day of the event, then the event’s start-time will be updated, and the markets will be left open.

If a match is postponed or incomplete, all bets will stand if the game is subsequently resumed during the tournament.

In case of any delay in the start of a match or a suspension (rain, darkness etc.) all markets remain unsettled and all bets will be settled after the match is resumed and completed.

In the event of a match starting but not being completed due to retirement or disqualification of any player or team, all undecided bets (including those on match winner market) are considered void. Bets on decided markets stand and are settled.

    6. ABANDONED MATCHES

If a game is abandoned prior to commencement, and it falls within the same tournament rule for postponed matches, then follow rules as described above. If it is halted during play, and then resumed and completed, all bets will stand also as per section 5. E.g. If Player A wins 1st Set, and then Player B retires at the conclusion of the 1st Set, then all bets made on 1st Set will be resulted and settled as usual. If Player A wins 1st Set, then Player B retires during 2nd Set, where score in 2nd Set is 3-2, then markets for 2nd Set will be void, unless decided results have already occurred)

If a game is halted after commencing but prior to completion, and it is not resumed and completed during the scheduled tournament, the following rules apply:

    1. SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who retires hurt or walkover. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.

    2. If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total match games selection and a certain player to have X aces, in a game where the required games have been reached and the player did have X aces before the game was subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner. In this case, the abandonment had no impact on either selection. The same would not apply to an under total games selection where a game is abandoned while the total score is still under the chosen number, as the abandonment would impact that outcome.

    3. If a single selection of an SGM has lost and a match is then abandoned, the SGM will be treated as a loser, where regardless of the fact of abandonment, the selection(s) in question had been irrevocably concluded. For example, an SGM including a first player to have ace selection, in a game where the other player had an ace first and the match was subsequently then abandoned, will be treated as a loser. In this case, the bet had already lost, and this outcome could not be affected in any way by whether the game was subsequently abandoned or not.

    4. If there are no losing selections within an SGM and at least one void selection at the time of a match abandonment, the SGM will be treated as void. This rule applies where one or more selections are still undecided at abandonment, and may have won or lost if the game had been completed as scheduled. For example, an SGM including an over total match games selection, in a game abandoned while the total games are still below the required amount, will be treated as void. In this case, the total points selection was still undecided and may have won or lost but for the abandonment, so the bet will be voided.

    7. VENUE OR SURFACE CHANGES

If the venue of a match is changed from the one advertised, all bets on that match will be voided.
