In case of contrary notes between the rules and regulations for example between Special Rules for a specific sport and Specific Rules on the Event or Market, the following order of priority will be applied (in order of their importance):

  2. Special Rules for Sport
  3. General Betting Rules

  1. INTRODUCTION

    1. These Standard Promotion and Bonus Terms apply to all LV BET Promotions offered by us to you and form part of the General Terms and Conditions between you and us. 
    2. These Terms and Conditions may be published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
    3. If there’s any conflict or inconsistency between Standard Promotion and Bonus Terms and any Significant Terms, the Promotion-specific terms and conditions will to that extent take precedence.
    4.  LV BET reserves the right to change the above mentioned terms and conditions, and/or to discontinue or withdraw any Promotion, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure, connectivity issues, changes in the law). LV BET will strive to give as advanced prior notice as possible to players in such events. If you find any addendum unacceptable, you should cease using the site, participating in the Promotion and/or close your account. Continuation of use after the date on which the changes to the terms come into effect will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
    5. All promotions are limited time offers and the terms and conditions associated with any bonus rewards are subject to change.
    6. By default, times mentioned in LV BET Promotions are set in Central European Time (CEST). Players are kindly requested to convert to the time zone that applies to their respective country location.
    7. LV BET reserves the right to make amendments to any Promotion at any time to correct obvious errors, misprints, typographical and visual errors or to improve offer understanding.
    8. LV BET’s management reserves the right to remove or change any Promotion, deny or limit bonuses and offers to any clients in circumstances that include, but are not limited to problem gambling, Promotion and Bonus Abuse and any other technical exploitation of the system.
    9. LV BET reserves the right to disqualify any player from any Promotion if evidence of abuse or fraud is found. Should you find LV BET’s decision unsatisfactory, you may follow the LV BET's complaint procedure or seek an alternate dispute arbitration, whose decision will be deemed final.

  2. PROMOTION AND BONUS ABUSE

    1. We offer Promotions in good faith to players who use our services for entertainment purposes. The client upholds not to abuse the ability of opening accounts in order to benefit from bonus credits and other promotional offers that LV BET may offer. LV BET has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, fraud, taking unfair advantage of the service and/or other suspicious activity, and reserves the right to block and remove bonuses as well as any associated winnings from accounts deemed suspect of being involved in such activities or behaviours. (Links with access to promotions will be restricted or removed from such accounts) Note that in such circumstances, LV BET shall be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be on the standing balance, other than the originally deposited amounts.
    2. Promotion and Bonus Abuse’ is defined as but is not limited to, any one of the following types of activity:
      • The use of VPN, proxy or other services and techniques, for the purposes of deliberately obscuring, hiding or changing IP addresses in order to fraudulently take advantage of promotional offers;
      • Whether known or unknown to us, taking advantage of any software or system bug, loophole, fault, error, or failure including, but not limited to, in respect to any game provided;
      • Using multiple accounts to claim a bonus or any other promotional offer more than once;
      • Working in a syndicate with other players to abuse promotions, deliberately cheat or other exploitative behaviour;
      • Placing a series of contradictory bets placed by a customer or group of customers within the same game/betting market with the final goal of achieving profits regardless the final outcomes of the bets placed, or any other type of abusive behaviour;
      • Placing equal, zero or low margin bets,
      • Moving from large bets that are placed on high variance outcomes, and after a large win switching to normal variance outcomes with smaller bets with the purpose of clear wagering requirements.
      • Placing bets in excess of the maximum stake allowed when having an active bonus.

  3. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

    1. Please note that any bonus can be claimed once per person, household, family, residential address, email address, payment method, IP address, device or shared computer environment (please note that if you are using a shared computer, such as in the workplace, public library or Internet cafe, only one use per computer and/or IP address will be eligible to receive the bonus, prize, cashback etc). Winnings will be paid out in such cases where LV BET decides that one or more bonuses were claimed as a result of genuine error or connectivity issue that seems incidental and is not being considered as fraudulent.
    2. If you are currently self-excluded, or you become so from LV BET during a Promotion period, you will not be eligible to participate and receive any bonuses and/or prizes during the time you have self-excluded.
    3. Employees, officers or directors of LV BET and their family members/relatives shall not be eligible for Promotions.
    4. LV BET reserves the right to review transaction records for any reason that may be required, as per our license obligations. If, as the result of such a review, it is concluded that an individual customer or a group of customers are practising strategies which LV BET deem to be collusion, unlawful or improper activity, or fraudulent practice, LV BET reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such customers to enter the Promotion and will void any related prize, bonus or other reward. Therefore, please note that in certain cases some of our promotions may not always be visible or available to all clients. If for any reason mentioned above the client is unable to view the promotion content and/or claim the offer, this will subsequently mean that his/her participation in such promotion is restricted.

  4. TYPES OF BONUSES AND ACCOUNT BALANCE

    1. At LV BET, in the sports betting product, we currently offer two types of bonuses:
      1. Deposit Bonus
      2. No Deposit Bonus
      3. Free Bet
    2. Currency conversions for casino bonuses are calculated as per the following example:10 EUR, 10 GBP, 10 USD, 10 CAD, 10 NZD, 50 PLN, 50 BRL, 50 PEN, 10000 CLP, 100 NOK, 800 RUB, 800 INR, 3000 HUF, 300000 VND, 200 ZAR.
    3. The maximum withdrawal amount allowed from winnings earned from any No Deposit Bonus offer in the sports betting product claimed prior to a first deposit being made into a Player’s Account is €50.
    4. Unless stated otherwise, Free Bet offers allow maximum winnings of up to €100 in the sports betting product.
    5. Customers with an active bonus in their accounts, from one offer, will be unable to activate any other bonuses.
    6. All types of bonuses are added to the Bonus Balance in the Account.
    7. Deposit Bonus is made of Deposit Money and Bonus Money which constitute Mix Funds. Mix Funds are added to the Bonus Balance in the Account.
    8. Players have an option to forfeit their bonuses at any times. To cancel a Sports Bonus, Players must contact Customer Support. All open bets on events that have yet to be started will be voided. Such a request will be processed after the settlements of any pending bets related to in-play events. However, please be aware that if you forfeit a Bonus before completing required wagering, the Bonus Money with uncompleted wagering requirements and all additional accumulated winnings will be removed.
    9. If a player would like to make a withdrawal request before meeting the wagering requirements, she/he needs to cancel a Bonus first.
    10. Bonus Balance and Real Balance make up Total Balance. Bonus Balance is kept separately from Real Balance in the Account. Real Balance contains player’s Real Money which is not linked to any offer. Bonus Balance contains Bonus Money, Mix Funds and Bonus Money from LV Spins. Bonus Balance will not be paid out directly but instead only once it has been transformed into Real Money winnings.
    11. If the Total Balance contains both Real Balance and Bonus Balance. If the stake is higher than the Bonus Balance, the bet will be placed with funds from the Real Balance available on the account.
    12. If the Bonus Balance contains both Deposit Money and Bonus Money, Bonus Money will not be used for wagers until Deposit Money is consumed.

  5. DEPOSIT BONUS

    1. Deposit Bonus is a Bonus Money player can receive upon making a deposit.
    2. To claim a Deposit Bonus, a player must activate the relevant offer in the available bonuses tab on the deposit page or use a valid coupon before making a deposit. The method of delivery will be specified in the Significant Terms of each relevant promotion. Deposit coupons are valid throughout the duration of an offer.
    3. If a player with an active bonus does not wish to wager using bonus funds, they are required to deactivate the ‘Use Bonus’ slider on the betslip.
    4. Once the deposit has been confirmed the player will receive the Bonus Money immediately.
    5. To decline the Deposit Bonus, a player can deposit without activating any offer from the available bonuses tab. Should a player decide not to take an already selected offer, they need to go back to the available bonuses tab and select the 'Deposit without bonus' option.
    6. Deposit Bonus is made of Deposit Money and Bonus Money constituting Mix Funds.
    7. Deposit Money is played first and in the event of a bonus cancellation or expiration, the original full amount of the bonus will be removed from the balance with all previously paid bets. If there are any Real Money funds remaining, the customer will keep them. E.g. You deposited €50 in cash and got a €50 bonus. Your Bonus Balance = €100. If you place a bet of €30 and lose, your balance will stand at €70. If you request bonus cancellation, €50 will be removed, leaving €20 Real Money balance.
    8. All sports deposit bonuses, if not otherwise stated, are subject to a 6 times wagering requirement. In order to redeem your deposit bonus, the player must wager the Mix Funds amount (deposit and bonus).
    9. Deposit Bonus, if not otherwise stated, must be wagered within 30 days, from the time credited. 
    10. All winnings from Deposit Bonus will remain as Bonus Money until wagering requirements are met.
    11. Any Bonus Money left on the account after 30 days will be forfeited.
    12. Wagering and promotional play restrictions apply.

  6. NO DEPOSIT BONUS

    1. No Deposit Bonus is direct, Bonus Money, added to the Player’s Account, to play for.
    2. To claim No Deposit Bonus a player must use a valid promo code in the Promocode section. Unless specified otherwise Promo codes are valid for 5 days from the time credited.
    3. All sports No Deposit Bonuses, if not otherwise stated, are subject to a min. 3 times wagering requirement. In order to redeem a No deposit bonus, the player must wager the bonus amount.
    4. If a player with an active bonus does not wish to wager using bonus funds, they are required to deactivate the ‘Use Bonus’ slider on the betslip.
    5. No Deposit Bonus, if not otherwise stated, must be wagered within 30 days, from the time credited. 
    6. All winnings from No Deposit Bonus will remain as Bonus Money until wagering requirements are met.
    7. Any Bonus Money left on the account after 30 days will be forfeited.
    8. Wagering and promotional play restrictions apply.

  7. FREE BET

    1. Free Bet is direct Bonus Money added to the Players’ Account.
    2. All sports Free Bets are subject to a one-time wagering requirement. In order to redeem a free bet, the player must play the entire free bet amount at once. (i.e., If a player account is credited with a €10 free bet, the player can only stake €10 at once to use the free bet.)
    3. Unless specified otherwise, Free Bets have 2x multiplier winnings. ( Win amount= Free bet stake x total odds x 2 )
    4. If not otherwise stated, Free Bets must be used within three days from the time which they were credited. 
    5. All winnings from Free Bets will be Real Money once the wagering requirements are met.
    6. Any Free Bet left on the account after three days will be forfeited.
    7. Wagering and promotional play restrictions apply.

  8. WAGERING AND PROMOTIONAL PLAY RESTRICTIONS

    1. LV BET imposes certain restrictions in the way in which players can wager a Sports Bonus when participating in a Promotion.
    2. The types of bets that will count towards the bonus wagering requirements will be stated in the significant terms and conditions of the promotional material sent from LV BET.
    3. When playing with bonus funds, or money that is subject to wagering requirements, it is only possible to place betting tickets with specified requirements such as: number of selections, minimum selection odds and/or minimum total odds.
    4. Returned and voided bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
    5. Bets with used cashout option do not count towards wagering requirements.
    6. System bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
    7. If not otherwise stated, bets on Virtual Sports and Player Bets section do not count towards wagering requirements.
    8. Players with an active bonus must have a positive Real Money balance to place a bet with lower odds than those stated in the promotion-specific wagering requirements. Such a bet will not count towards wagering requirements. 
    9. All bets placed using Bonus Money must be settled and the final event results must be published in order for the Bonus Money to convert to real cash funds, upon wagering requirement completion. Returned, voided and partially won bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
    10. Before any withdrawals are processed, the clients’ play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. Customers are not permitted to place bets on both sides, with the same outcome, for the same event. Bets placed on different selections within the same market or placed on equivalent markets (e.g. Double Chance and /Asian/ Handicap bets +1/-1) are forbidden. Should LV BET deem that irregular game play has occurred, LV BET reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
