17. WITHDRAWALS
c. Withdrawals of winnings, or parts thereof, will be paid out upon request by the player. Please note that only the first withdrawal of the week is free of charge. A fixed fee of €5 (or currency equivalent) will be applied to all subsequent withdrawals during the same week. The minimum withdrawal amount may range between €10 and €20 (or currency equivalent), depending on the player’s jurisdiction and selected currency. The player has the right to withdraw the full balance, regardless of the amount, when closing their account. Please be informed that ten percent (10%) administrative charge, with a minimum fee of ten Euro (€10) will be applied. The maximum withdrawal amount is set by the payment provider and may vary from one payment method to another.
