LV BET is partnering with prostate cancer charity The Errol McKellar Foundation. The foundation aims to talk to as many men and their partners as possible to ensure they are fully aware of prostate cancer’s dangers and potential symptoms and raise awareness about available tests. They want to stop men from dying through ignorance and fear.
The partnership aims to launch mobile PSA blood testing vehicles to enable and encourage men over 45 to have their PSA blood test in their local area without impacting the currently overworked NHS. It is vital that men are tested as a simple blood test could save lives.

“We’ve known about the great work of the Errol McKellar foundation for a while, and we’re delighted to be partnering in such a worthwhile cause. Our donation to Errol’s prostate cancer charity will help purchase extra PSA testing kits for a year and help to take some strain from the NHS”.
Having been diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2010, Errol set up a testing unit in his garage following his treatment and recovery. His dedication to raising awareness of prostate cancer resulted in Errol receiving an MBE in 2020.
