PREMIER LEAGUE ROUND 30: BETTING TIPS

WOLVES VS LEEDS UNITED

PREMIER LEAGUE FORM – W – W – L – L – L VS W – L – L – L – L

Leeds will be looking to make it back-to-back wins in the Premier League for the first time this season when they travel to the Molineux on Friday to face Wolves. In their previous match, Leeds registered a dramatic late win over Norwich City, despite the Canaries drawing level in the 91st minute, young Joe Gelhardt tucked away his chance in the 94th to ease the threat of relegation.

The Whites ranked just 26 points from 29 matches, leaving them in 16th position in the table – just four points clear of the dreaded relegation zone. It remains to be seen whether the decision to move on from the services of Marcelo Bielsa was the right decision.

For Wolves, last time out, Bruno Lage’s side were 1-0 winners over a flat Everton, with Conor Coady netting the only goal of the contest. After losing three games in a row to the likes of Arsenal, West Ham and Crystal Palace, hopes of finishing in the top four have diminished for the West Midlands club.

You can get over 1.5 goals to be scored in the match at 3/10 (1.30).

Wolves to win to nil is priced at 13/5 (3.60)

MATCH ODDS – Wolves who are the favourites are priced at 5/4 (2.25) to win, whilst Leeds are at 23/10 (3.30), to register their second win in a row, and a draw at  5/2 (3.50)

ASTON VILLA VS ARSENAL

PREMIER LEAGUE FORM – L – W – W – W – L VS L – W – W – W – W

Arsenal will endeavour to get their top-four charge back on track when they travel to Villa Park for Saturday’s early kick-off matchup. Steven Gerrard’s side fell to defeat at the hand of West Ham when they lost 2-1 last weekend.

The Villans have cemented their position in the top half of the table when they won three games in a row securing clean sheets in each of the games. Throughout this campaign, Villa has struggled to make home advantage count – not winning any of their last four home outings before thrashing Southampton in their last home game (4-0). The signing of Phillipe Countinho has inspired the Clarets in adding that world-class touch in the middle of the park, filling the shoes of departed Jack Grealish.

Similarly, Arsenal have enjoyed a purple patch since the turn of the year. Their most recent five-game win streak ended when they hosted Liverpool last Wednesday when the Gunners lost 2-0 to usual suspects Diogo Jota and Bobby Firmino. Mikel Arteta’s side will battle fatigue as they prepare for Aston Villa just 72 hours after their latest outing.

The Gunners have enjoyed success last time they faced Villa as they won 3-1 at the Emirates. Arteta’s side would hope that they can clinch all three points to secure a firmer grip on that fourth-place.

A similar result of 3-1 Arsenal to win is priced at 18/1 (19.00)

Phillipe Coutinho to score anytime during the match is priced at 23/10 (3.30)

MATCH ODDSAston Villa are priced at 4/2 (3.00) to win, whilst the more likely victors are Arsenal at 27/20 (2.35), and a draw at 23/9 (3.55)

LEICESTER CITY VS BRENTFORD

PREMIER LEAGUE FORM – L – W – W – L – D VS W – W – L – L – D

The Bees head to the King Power Stadium after securing two consecutive wins pushing them up to 15th place in the table and stretching the gap to the relegation zone to eight points. A win against the Foxes will see Brentford draw level on points with three more games played.

Leicester were comfortably beaten at the Emirates as they yet again conceded from a set-piece – which has been a weakness despite the various amendments and tweaks from Brendan Rodgers. In the reverse fixture, it was Leicester that prevailed as they secured a 2-1 win, with the Bees yet to take any points away from Leicester.

With Jamie Vardy sidelined, Leicester will rely on the Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho who has scored seven goals and assisted on nine occasions. Whilst Brentford’s star Ivan Toney will be backed up by the likes of Eriksen and Vitaly Janelt.

Kelechi Iheanacho to score anytime during the match is priced at 17/10 (2.70)

Both teams to score is at 7/10 (1.70)

Christian Eriksen to score anytime during the match at 49/10 (5.90)

MATCH ODDS –  Leicester City are line up at 7/6 (2.17), whilst Brentford are valued at 5/2 (3.50), and a draw 12/5 (3.55)
