MANCHESTER UNITED VS LIVERPOOL BETTING

Manchester United

After going two goals down to Atalanta during the first half of their Champions League bout, Marcus Rashford, Harry Maguire and, of course, Cristiano Ronaldo were on hand to save Ole’s blushes and secure a much-needed 3-2 win in the competition for Manchester United.

In their Premier League games, the Red Devils have won four, drew two and lost two. Five points and six places off the league leaders, Chelsea, is not where the would-be title challenges would have wanted to find themselves only eight games into the season.

To make matters worse for Ole, his side have yet to come up against one of the ‘big six’, making this Sunday a real huge first test for United. Historically, when they’re up against it, Ole’s Manchester United always find a way to pull through in the bigger contests – and there’s almost nothing bigger than Liverpool at Old Trafford.

With more than enough attacking power to hurt Liverpool, Manchester United measure up at 20/7 (3.08) to win the game with both sides scoring.

Cristiano Ronaldo is at 7/6 (2.17) to shine through on the biggest of occasions and get his name on the scoresheet.

Liverpool

Liverpool have gone about their Premier League season in the exemplary manner Jurgen Klopp demands of his team.

The 19/20 Premier League champions are the only team left unbeaten in the league. They’ve scored 16 goals in the five games they’ve won and picked up three points worth of draws against title-contenders Manchester City (2-2) and Chelsea (1-1), and the newcomers Brentford (3-3).

Last Tuesday, an absorbing 3-2 victory at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium showed the continent exactly what this Liverpool side is about. While they can turn it on and be lethal in front of goal, Jurgen Klopp has added another layer of maturity to his side. Against a side that has hurt them in the past, the Reds showed that they could be trusted to be brave in the most electrifying occasions and see out a well-fought win.

They’ve got the momentum and the know-how to run rampant at Old Trafford. LV BET has Liverpool at 2/1 (3.00) to win with both sides scoring.

Is there a man in better form than Mohammed Salah at the moment? We’ve got Liverpool’s Egyptian king at 16/15 (2.07) to find the back of the net this Sunday.

MANCHESTER UNITED VS LIVERPOOL: PREMIER LEAGUE BETTING ODDS

Liverpool are the favourites this Sunday at 5/4 (2.25) to win, with Manchester United at 21/10 (3.10) to claim all three points.
